This undergraduate thesis has a purpose to create a spatial model which provides information about proposed location and conflict potential along with authorities involved. Those information are expected to give recommendation of transmission line with minimum number of conflict. The spatial model is created by defining variables related to the provision of ocean current energy. In this undergraduate thesis, there are five variables considered, namely, condition of ocean current, seabed characteristic, distance to infrastructure, environmental factors, and other uses of marine spaces. After that, those variables are analysed by seeing the spatial relation, particularly the overlay and proximity, between one variable to another. From spatial model created in this undergraduate thesis, the proposed location is located in 8.5 km southwest of Poto Tano Port. The potential conflicts will be faced are conflict with coral and conservation zone which involved Ministry of Marine and Fisheries. And also, conflict with waterways which involved Ministry of Transportation and private sector. The recommended transmission line with minimum conflict is to the west area of Sumbawa Island (southeast direction from the proposed location).
