The exploration technique is continously developed in the field, one of them is by mapping the porous sandstone distribution which has big possibility as hydrocarbon reservoar (gas). Multi-attribute analysis using seismic data and log data is one the techniques that can be applied to this formation. The methodology is done first by developing pseudoVshale volume to map the distribution of sandstone in this formation, then followed by the development of Pseudo porosity volume, both volumes are then integrated to map the distribution of high porosity sandstone. text |
