In regards of cauliflower cultivation, the non-organic fertilizer often becomes one of the causes of cauliflower productivity degradation. It needs alternatives to solve this problem and one of them is to utilize cow’s urine waste that contains abundant of good nutrients for plants. This research is conducted in order to find the effect of different consentration of cow’s urine liquid organic fertilizer towards cauliflowergrowth and production. This research consists of one handling control with the application of synthetic fertilizer and three version of handling a concentrated cow’s urine with variation of 100ml/l water (P1), 200 ml/l water (P2), and 300ml/l water (P3) of the same dosage, which is 200 ml/plants. This research is conducted in PT East West in kecamatan Cisarua, Bandung Barat for around 3 months from the seed bedding process until harvesting process. The observation parameter towards the growth is the height of the plants and the numbers of cauliflowerleaf. The result of the parameter that has been observed is the curd fresh weight, curd diameter, and curd sturdiness of caulifloweras well as the estimated value of cauliflowerproductivity. The result shows that 30% concentration of handling liquid organic fertilizer gives the best result out of the three variations of handling concentrated cows urine although it has no real effect. 30% concentration of handling cow’s urine organic fertilizer application can produce 56,8cm height of the plants in average, the average leaf is 23,3 strands, the average curd fresh weight reaches 475g, 18,7 cm curd diameter, and 2,8 kgf/cm2 sturdiness of the curd. The result of this research shows that the numbers of the leaf and the total leaf chlorophyll contents of cauliflowerfrom the handling of concentrated cow’s urine liquid organic fertilizer application is 20%, 25 strands, and 14,8mg/L. Moreover, the cow’s urine liquid organic fertilizer in 30% can also increase the estimated productivity value until 13,48 ton/ha/year. text
