From that information, a decision <br /> <br /> <br /> can be made about what the next activity should be done by the elements of <br /> <br /> <br /> production. <br /> <br /> <br /> In this thesis, monitoring system to get data from event changes of <br /> <br /> <br /> operator and product in real time, by utilizing workstation as monitoring unit has <br /> <br /> <br /> been developed. Operators entering the workstation are detected using fingerprint <br /> <br /> <br /> sensors and products are detected using rfid reader. The data can be processed to <br /> <br /> <br /> obtain information such as, location of elements production in factory, operator <br /> <br /> <br /> productivity, the percentage of product work has been done, more over to know <br /> <br /> <br /> the track record of the products was produced. At the work station, machine will <br /> <br /> <br /> only turn on when the operator has the appropriate qualification to operate the <br /> <br /> <br /> machine, checking is done through fingerprint sensor. And then the reading data is <br /> <br /> <br /> transmitted to the database through a series of devices, sensors, microcontrollers, <br /> <br /> <br /> and mini pc. The monitoring system has been created capable of displaying event <br /> <br /> <br /> changes of operator and products over the internet. text |
