Description
Summary:Bili – Bili Reservoir is the largest reservoir in Sulawesi - South located in the middle of Jennberang river. Jenneberang river flows into a reservoir which is not not only bringing discharge of water but also sediment material. So we do it can be done planning and arrangement in releasing of water. This study is intended to assess the effect of sedimentation on the reservoir operation scheme after the development of the sediment control of building. By using the bathimetry data. And other supporting data, are expected to answer the researcher. Results of sediment percentage of volumes from 1999 - 2005 increased 42%, in 2005 - 2011 up 33%, in 2011 - 2016 increased 25% with the highest sedimentation rate in 2005 ie 21.74 x 106 m3 per year. After the development of sediment control building, sedimentation rate decreased 57% compared to 2004 so that the storage capacity in 1997 amounted to 365,000,000 m3 changed until 2017 amounted to 264.345.000 m3. With the remaining age of reservoirs from 2017 is 25.5 years. Therefore dredger dredging have required one times in 4 years and monthly dredging in sediment control buildings
