Description
Summary:Solar cells based on perovskite organo-metal halide is getting enormous attention because they show conversion efficiency improvements in the short time since it was first reported in 2009. However, unlike other perovskite materials, thisperovskite is very unstable and easily react with vapor (due to humid atmosphere) and oxygen. To increase the stability, several investigators demonstrated that its stability is influenced by the type of the constituting halide anions and organic groups. The experimental study reported in this thesis attempted to examine the preparation of thin layers of perovskite with heteroanions composition, and the characteristics of their solar cells. The preparation process using the method of One Step Precursor Deposition (OSDP) because it is easy to do. The formed layers were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and absorption spectroscopy. The solar cells were made in the structure of the FTO / TiO2 / perovskite / spiro-OMETAD / Au. Analysis of the results showed that the photovoltaic solar cell characteristicsare strongly influenced by the quality of the crystal, which in this case is influenced by the levels of unconverted PbI2.
