This design planning aim to create a clean water distribution facility that can be accessed by all the visitor through clean water plumbing system, to discharge water and gas exhaust of the building to prevent pollution inside and outside of the building by waste water and vent piping system, to create protection for people and assets from fire through fire prevention system, and to discharge the rain water from the roof to prevent leakage and flooding on the building through building drainage plumbing system. Design plumbing system including the determination of pipeline for all the five planned system, blueprint, scheme, piping isometric, building inhabitant capacity, water needs, and type of pipe for each system. Moreover, this design also considered the reservoir needs, pump, and cost calculation on the planned plumbing system. Plumbing book of Soufyan Morimura as the Indonesian National Standard, NFPA, and related journals were used as the reference. Furthermore, clean water plumbing use roof tank as the clean water storage system. On the other hand, waste water plumbing system is divided into two system which the first system is to discharge domestic waste water from the toilets and the other one is to discharge B3 waste water. Fire protection system consist of 194 sprinklers and 6 hydrants. Roof drainage is considered as planned building drainage system which divided into two roof which are on the 4th floor and on the 1st floor. water source for the building is supplied by PDAM. Total investment or cost for the plumbing systems is analyzed based on RSNI T-15-2002. The total cost for this design planning is Rp 1.869.195.168 . text |
