The intelligent PSL system is created with the aim of reducing inefficient power consumption and can provide notification to officers in case of problems with PSL. Arduino is one of the modules used in providing solutions to the problem, with additional sensor module, GSM and wifi. Sensors used to implement PJU systems in the form of prototypes are motion sensors and photodiodes. There are two main conditions of the system detected by photodioda, ie bright conditions or daylight, dark or nighttime conditions and overcast conditions. In bright light conditions, modeled streetlights are not lit. Conversely, when the conditions of dark or cloudy light, street lighting began to light up. In addition, there is motion detector motion x-band motion detector serves to detect moving objects, such as humans, animals and vehicles. In the condition of this sensor detects no moving objects then the PSL lamp will experience dimming to 30% of the maximum lighting of the lamp. Conversely, when the sensors detect moving objects, PSL lamp lighting will be 100% bright from the maximum power of the lamp. In this study had shown that power savings can reach 60% with the same type of lamp. This system is equipped with a notification system to the mobile phone in case of problems in the PSL Smart system. Data delivery to the cloud can make it easier for people and officers to monitor street lighting. text |
