However, Indonesia is located at high seismic region which causes the design and contruction take a longer time and more complicated. Hence, segmental precast concrete becomes the right choice for Indonesia’s future construction. <br /> <br /> <br /> Segmental precast concrete with conventional system have a major problem, which is its energy dissipation capability is not as good as cast in-situ concrete (Hewes and Priestly, 2002) and issue in connection between joint as the dissipation energy area. Hybrid system is developed to overcome the conventional system problem. Hybrid system has a unique hysteresis curve, that is flag shape model. In reality, the hysteresis model is represented by the self centering behavior when rocking mechanism occurs at joints. The effect is residual deformation in hybrid system lower than conventional system. <br /> <br /> <br /> In this analysis, the model is a 20-storey height apartment. The result in pushover dan non linear time history analysis proved that performance level for hybrid and conventional system are same. Pushover analysis shows performance level for the model is immediate occupancy and NLTHA shows life safety performance level. text
