In this report will be planned the design of the bottom structure Joyoboyo intermodal station. With a plan that includes the design of the foundation and the retaining wall on the underpass. In the design of the foundation and retaining wall there are several necessary data, including soil data and structural load data. The data were analyzed as initial asset of foundation design calculation and retaining wall. Based on the calculation and analysis on the foundation design obtained the type of foundation is depth foundation which form a bored pile. The all diameter of the bored pile foundation is 800 mm with a depth of 33 meters for the foundation on the ground floor and 27.5 meters for the foundation on the underpass floor. The number of bored pile in a pile group has varying numbers, ie 1x2, 2x2, and 3x3 with 1 meter pile cap thickness. For lateral force checking used Group Pile software. For the calculation of foundation settlement, the overall pile group has qualify the maximum requirement of 15 cm. The reinforcement on the bored pile foundation used longitudinal reinforcement 16D22 and shear reinforcement D9-150. while on the pile cap used main reinforcement D19-150 and the upper press reinforcement D13-150. The retaining wall design uses PLAXIS 7.2 software. In the design of this retaining wall is used a wall which form a bored pile with 1500 mm diameter with ground anchor reinforcement as much as 2 layers with a spacing of 1 meter. The reinforcement of the bored pile wall is used 30D32 for longitudinal reinforcement and D13-150 for shear reinforcement.
