Summary: | Fecal's waste treatment plant (IPLT) are elements/component of waste water management system that built households in urban areas and function to process sludge from the draining of septic tank and pit latrine .Currently,IPLT Bandardowo in Jombang have problems related to supply of sludge entering. In Jombang there are 81.9% of citizens have been using septic tanks but only 7.1% are registered to depletion. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the supply of sludge in waste treatment plant in the district of sustainability. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, a socio-economic analysis of the community and also the analysis of internal and eksternal aspect of IPLT that include strength, weakness, opportunity and threat to get an optimization strategy to get an optimization strategy for the supply of IPLT Bandardowo in Jombang regency. The results indicate that IPLT Bandardowo currently in good condition with an averageof 86.8 points. The value of the average WTP of the community 0.49% of annual revenue,whereas the charge imposed by 1.06% of income per year. WTP value obtained has coefficient of 0.49 when compared with te ATP and 0.53 when compared to the charge imposed. The optimization strategy can be achieved with the enforcement of regulations, data collection of existing sanitatioan infrastructure, socialization sanitation and procurement savings agreements with the private sector in the transport aspect. |
