Summary: | Parking and access roads is concerned in a fictitious building with category of shopping center that is Senayan Park Lifestyle Center building in Jakarta. The building consists of 2 separate buildings of 4-storey and a continuous basement floor for the parking lot. Parking demand for car is 338 parking spaces. In addition, the calculation of motorcycle parking demand is calculated based on the results of patrol surveys with the aim of determining the proportion of vehicles parked between cars and motorcycles so the demand for parking of motorcycles obtain 318 parking spaces. Turning radius of access roads is designed by using minimum vehicle turning radius of medium size vehicle based on low design speed and so that the cross-sectional slope of the straight and the turn is 2% to facilitate water flow during rain. Entrance access ramp uses 7% of plan skill while on exit access is 12%. The design of pavement structure is a rigid pavement from consideration of economical aspects that get cheaper cost based on construction management planning. In addition, the circulation of vehicles in the area is made one way to get a larger parking capacity. |
