In addition to sustain economic growth, the availability of infrastructure can also reduce economic imbalances that occur in some regionals of Indonesia. One of the main problems that hold up road infrastructure development is the governance of road construction and maintenance, both at the central and regional levels. If we want to create good governance in the construction sector, especially on road infrastructure development, public information disclosure should be applied throughout the project life cycle. One of the effort of Government of Indonesia in realizing good governance was by encouraging regional governments to increase their role in regional road infrastructure development through the Australian-Indonesia Infrastructure Grants Program (AIIG) Provincial Road Improvement and Maintenance (PRIM).
