Traditional markets have an important role in the development of the city . Growth and development of the market as a node of the exchange of goods and services on a regional basis evoke various activities in the city. Traditional markets have become urban public space, a place where people come together and build a city of social relations among them . The existence of traditional markets Cicadas Super Bazzar is vital to the economic growth of the city of Bandung, located at a strategic location making it easy to reach by public transport or private . Traditional Market is located <br /> <br /> <br /> alongside the Super Bazzar acoustic Kampung Cicadas, which is one of the creative kampung in Bandung. Conditions Traditional Market Super Bazzar Cicadas are <br /> <br /> <br /> currently very far from comfortable and worth as a space of socialization and community interaction Bandung. The purpose of the study is to redesign the market by adding creative kampung facilities as urban public space, which is a gathering place and social interaction that has meaning, and will actively facilitate the activities of the street artists, by integrating <br /> <br /> <br /> acoustic kampung Cicadas Super Bazzar Traditional market Cicadas, Bandung. Aside from being a convenient facility purchase, in the market town musicians and creative <br /> <br /> <br /> artists Cicadas facilitated to become a musical instrument craftsmen, practicing music, making songs, and be connected to allow the parties to appear and be paid as the creative development of the area are closely related to public activity. Based on a literature review on the market, and creative placemaking obtained cluster design principles of how to create a space into a place and have meaning. The final results are expected in the form of simulation design Super Bazzar Market Cicadas Bandung into the market whose role is to facilitate the activities of the creative industries that have meaning and atmosphere of the room attractive and comfortable place to visit.
