Inversion modelling is used to estimate the physical parameters of the subsurface (resistivity) based on <br /> <br /> magnetotelluric data. 1-D modelling can estimate the resistivity variation with depth at the sounding site, while the 2-D modelling can describe the distribution of the resistivity values in the lateral and vertical on line of measurement. text |
