The safety factor is the condition of train driver when the work must have the physical readiness, mental and professional skills. Train driver when controlling the locomotive / train has the potential fatigue caused by various factors, one of that factor is physical environmental factors train driver cabin. Physical environmental factors that can affect fatigue machinist is vibration, noise and temperature machinist cabin. Evaluation of vibration by using a calculation ISO2631-1. Measurements on the environmental physical factors cabin train driver locomotive CC206 which is operate with train GOPAR, CC203 and CC201 locomotive on train locomotive sidings and train KD2. While the measurement of fatigue indicators performed before and after work, the method of cleaning chemistry system that is testing the enzyme activity of salivary alpha-amylase (SAA) and the psychomotor test that uses reaction timer. Based on the analysis of the Mann-Whitney U, there are differences between the mean amylase prior to the current working machinist fasting and not fasting with p-value <0.05. Results of logistic multinomial regression analysis indicators fatigue amylase is influenced by BMI train driver, temperature and noise, while indicator fathigue with reaction time influenced by BMI, noisy and length of work. text
