Summary:PT. NMH is a stated-owned company in Indonesia which has 2.482 employees. The company has the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> vision to become the leading producer of defense and security equipment in Asia by 2023, through <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> the efforts of product innovation and strategic partnership. Therefore, set the Employee Value <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Proposition (EVP) becomes one of the ways to get best talents, retain and make them engaged to the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> company. This research aims to analyze what are variables of EVP, on what level each variable has <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> an effect to EVP, and the weaknesses of that variables of EVP in PT. NMH. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research used method based on exploratory study then building conceptual model of EVP and <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> then create questionnaire design. In collecting the data, this research spreads for about 195 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> questionnaires to employees in PT. NMH using stratified random sampling method. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The result of analysis factor finding new variables that there are seven variables which effect to EVP, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> consists of; leadership, company image, communication and working environment, compensation <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> and allowances, opportunity, job, and vision. After found new variables of EVP, then doing analysis <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> using descriptive analysis to interpret the result of what variable which has a lowest average score to <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> determine the level of each variable. Based on descriptive analysis found that job has the lowest <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> average score, and the weaknesses of this variable is about “Get the job as desired” which means that <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> employee feels that they did not get the job as they want to get in the company. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This fact heading to the conclusion for the company to more concern to set the job that appropriate <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> with employees’ skills and abilities, give a workload that fit with employees capabilities, especially <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> to put employees according to the job they want. Furthermore, employees can manage their workstress <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> well.
