The algorithm used for the extraction of the value of chlorophyll-a have been developed by Karger Muller (2005) is Chlorophyll-A = 0.2818 * pow (((Band 5 + Band 6) / Band 4), 0.7. The value result of TSS and Chlorophyll-a were analyzed according to season in Indonesia. Then the TSS distribution analysis based on the water quality standards for mangrove and the port. The highest distribution value of chlorophyll-a was in December 2014. As for the lowest in July 2014. Distribution of TSS values were highest in the month of July 2014. As for the lowest in February 2014. TSS value for mangrove area and the port meet the quality standards that have been issued by the Ministry of Environment that the threshold is 80 mg / l. text |
