Summary:In the information era, the Organization's business processes is very dependent upon the progress of information technology (IT). Each government institution is required make use of advances in information technology. Utilization of advances in information technology such as the double edged knife, has a positive side and a negative. One of the negative side of technological advancement is the occurrence of the incident on security information. The incident happened in information technology and information security can impact an organization's business processes against fatal if not dealt with seriously. The handling of incidents in government agencies in Indonesia is still largely ad hoc in nature. According reports from ID-CERT through a survey conducted in Indonesia detected 390 types of malware. Surveys ID-CERT conducted by volunteers in most parts of Indonesia, but has not done specific government agencies in Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to malware incident governance in government agencies. Design governance malware incidents carried out in accordance with ISO 27035:2011 and the regulations that exist in Indonesia. <br />
