One of company, that is manage this natural capital, is PT. TIMAH Tbk. Research were done in Nudur III and Pemali site in Bangka, both of them are belong to PT. TIMAH Tbk. The lower level of recovery in fine ore tin processing is being a prominent problem of tin ore processing in PT. TIMAH (Persero) Tbk, on the other hand, the resources condition of tin is dominates by tailing after mining activity, which has fine size. Other problem is comes from the insufficiency of processing equipments, so that the primary data interpretation were done in the site, which is applicated in washing plant using a plant survey <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> and then were tested in laboratory. Plant survey, that were done in research site, is including the observation of tin processing, sampling points determination, sampling equipments preparation, sampling in each of tin <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> processing point, sample preparation, and labeling. Then, samples were sent to the central laboratory in Pangkal Pinang for sieving analysis and grain counting. The results were recieved as minerals content and size distribution. Some facts were obtained from the laboratory analysis, washing plant Nudur III site had <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> small contains of fine tin ore in losses, whereas in washing plant Pemali site there is some losses of fine ore tin. Tin ore characterization in washing plant Nudur III site is dominates by size fraction of -50+70#, -70+100# and -100+150#. Tin ore characterization in washing plant Pemali site is quite apportionment. In plant survey I washing plant Nudur III site the recovery <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> were obtained as 0% for primary jig, 91.85% for secondary jig and 98.74% for sakan, then in plant survey II the recovery obtained 100% at all equipments. In washing plant Pemali site the recovery were obtained as 79.89% for primary jig, 95.90% for secondary jig, and 48.31% for sakan. text
