The design concept of the hotel, initiated by PT. Sentul City. Tbk., is one of the necessary <br /> <br /> <br /> requirements for Indonesia in order to be able to host the upcoming MotoGP 2018/2019. In the spirit <br /> <br /> <br /> of building the image of Sentul City as a city of automotive to the next level, the design will <br /> <br /> <br /> encapsulate a rather specific theme of automotive. The hotel standard that is applied in this design <br /> <br /> <br /> refers to the AA Standard, a certified international standard, so that it will be guaranteeing the safety <br /> <br /> <br /> and comfort of tourists, not only local tourists, but also international tourists. The main concept of <br /> <br /> <br /> this design is based on a study of the users, who are automotive enthusiasts that possess great <br /> <br /> <br /> interest and passion in cars. There will be some features, such as modification center and revolving <br /> <br /> <br /> mechanical parking tower, seen in this design, in order to fulfill those enthusiasts’ desire to display <br /> <br /> <br /> their own cars. Noticing some issues that might appear, such as noise from cars, that might disturb <br /> <br /> <br /> not only the user inside the building, but also the surroundings, there will be some solutions to these <br /> <br /> <br /> problems – by installing some high-end technologies such as double-glazed glass and acoustic panels <br /> <br /> <br /> into the design. Furthermore, there will be a passive feature presents to help eliminating the noise, <br /> <br /> <br /> which is natural vegetation. The use of vegetation is not merely for functional aspect, but also as the <br /> <br /> <br /> aesthetic aspect for the design.
