The head of the gurdi machine becomes the object of reverse engineering to become the basis in the design of the head. The components of the Worner B13 were analyzed without disassembling this component as the main object. To analyze more about the head component, the analysis on the head of drilling machine X that is same type as Worner B13. Machine X disassembly to analysis. The reverse engineering stage of the Worner B13 gurdi machine until for the design stage. The stage is gathering information and data head of from various sources. Disassembly head of the drill machine to find out the product structure and the bill of materials that used it. Create a force flow diagram for the function of each component. Create function tables and tables of analysis on each component. Measurement of each component and 3D modeling. Design of gurdi machine component as needed and carried out dynamic and static analysis. Making process planning to assist SMK in producing these components. <br /> text |
