Paramount Land saw an opportunity to develop an office leasing business in Tangerang, which is realized with a plan to build an office building area where there is a three-story podium building on the south side of the area. <br /> <br /> <br /> The construction site of the South Podium is on soft ground with SE classification and high seismic acceleration, so it needs to be designed to meet the <br /> <br /> requirements of earthquake resistant buildings in accordance with SNI 1726:2012. The structure will be built using a reinforced concrete material with Special <br /> <br /> moment Frame system. The form of the Southern Podium building that resembles a triangular lime necessitating the design process considering the structural <br /> <br /> irregularities. <br /> <br /> <br /> Structural modeling of the South Podium is done using ETABS 2015 software. Structural loading refers to SNI 1727:2013, while earthquake analysis refers to SNI 1726:2012 with response spectrum analysis is used as an earthquake analysis procedure. The structural elements design includes beams, columns, and slabs design. The design of the column elements is done with the help of pcaCol software, while the design of plate elements is done with the help of SAFE 2016 software. The result of structural design of Southern Podium has fulfilled the <br /> <br /> strength and serviceability requirements of reinforced concrete building in accordance with SNI 2847:2013. text
