From all the recorded data, only first arrival travel times that will be used in this research. <br /> <br /> The problem is that there is a very diverse of inverse methods that can be used; one of them is the regularized inversion. Unlike the old method, the main objective of the <br /> <br /> regularized inversion is not only to minimize differences between tobs and tcal but this method also includes error picking from the data and operator that manage model modification, so this method is expected to produce a better tomogram. <br /> <br /> Data used in this research is not only synthetic but also real ones, so the result from this research can be more comprehensive and complete. Both of the data have been processed using the FAST software and the result of this inversion will be compared with the result from the ReflexW software, which uses SIRT inversion method. <br /> <br /> The result from this research is not only absolute velocity tomogram, but also ray density tomogram, velocity perturbation tomogram, and statistical analyses to make sure that the resulting tomograms have a high confidence level. text
