Land use change is closely associated with the planning of an area. In this study, the study region is Belitung province. With a relatively small area and located in the archipelago, Belitung regency should be able to utilize the available land in the area effectively. As of the reason, it needs to make a good regional plan is implemented in the form of Urban and Regional Planning Map. In this study, a prediction will be modeled to predict land use change in the future. Prediction of land change was made <br /> <br /> based on the condition of land cover in three times in the same time’s interval which is then processed by several methods such as Monte Carlo, Markov chain, and Moore <br /> <br /> Neighborhood. These predictions can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of Spatial Planning and Regional (Spatial). text
