Landmark Residence Project is one of the construction project held by PT PP (Persero) Tbk. Landmark Residence Project as one of regular construction project performing project risk management system by project team itself as risk owner. Some problems is faced by project team member while performing risk management system caused by the lack of risk management guidance from the organization itself. Project team only focus on mitigation process instead of the whole project risk management processes which affecting the effectiveness of risk management and project management. <br /> <br /> Identification of critical success factors (CSF) for project risk management will help project team to reach the success of risk management process. CSF are the few key areas of activities in which favorable results are absolutely necessary for a particular manager to reach his goal. The goal to be reached for risk management is the success of risk management process implementation. <br /> <br /> Based on the literature review and expert judgment, 18 CSF are identified and grouped into 4 categories. Delphi method was used to collect the expert judgment for the CSF identification process. Achievement plan for the project risk management CSF consist of 3 stages; tools for measuring CSF, measuring CSF for Landmark Residence risk management process, and plan to achieve the CSF for Landmark Residence project. Tools for measuring CSF was designed based on GQM (Goals Question Metric) matrix to help project team member measuring the achievement of CSF. <br /> <br /> The results from CSF achievement plan are improvement for risk management document, premilinary design of risk management process SOP (Standard Operating Process), and suggestion for risk management division to hold risk management training needs survey.
