Summary: | Hybrid between PV and Generator Set is one common technology that has been used in the world due to meet the system with the use of renewable energy. This system typically used in an isolated area or areas away from the main grid because it’s easily in the design and implementation, and to minimize the cost of generation and emissions. Design of Hybrid PV and Generator Set Power Plant is very dependent on the location of implementation, load profile and alternative schemes available. Therefore, it needs precise and accurate technical& economic analysis related to the plan of building this type of power plant. <br />

In this research of thesis will be analyzed the right design for Hybrid PV and Generator Set Power Plant with batteries, especially in Aha Village, Morotai Island, North Maluku. Several schemes are designed based on the type of loads and later will be analyzed the valid-optimum design. Technical and economical optimization will be performed. The final results obtained in the form of optimal systems those can be used as consideration in the planning Hybrid PV and Generator Power Plant with batteries in Morotai Island, North Maluku, especially in Aha Village. |
