As a town industries, it has more facilities, one of them is WWTP. Treatment process of wastewater industry is off site system. WWTP Lippo Cikarang built on treatment capacity is 5000 m3/day. The WWTP treatment are physical and biological process where the biological process is activated sludge of extended aeration system. Treatment unit s have been operating in this WWTP such as equalization basin I & II, aeration basin of activated sludge, sedimentation, thickener, and belt press filter. Performance evaluation of unit plant has done according to design criteria in some literature. Based on primary data calculating performance of WWTP Lippo Cikarang is 91%. Performance for biological treatment process for aeration of activated sludge isn t suitable that is 83%. Be based on evaluation, BOD and COD parameter aren t suitable with the quality standard and color also isn t good for aesthetics. Some parameters make Performance of units treatment is lower were the lower flow rate existing that is 57.12% from design flow rate make the parameters design are not suitable with the design criteria such as sludge retention time, detention time, MLSS, and efficiency. Increasing performance of units WWTP need improve treatment process of WWTP Lippo Cikarang. Units improve of WWTP are Equalization basin I & II, Neutralization, aeration of activated sludge, Sedimentation, Coagulation, Flocculation, Thickener, and Belt Press Filter. Quality effluents of WWTP improving are 62 Pt Co to color and 37 mg/l to BOD. <br /> text
