Building <br /> <br /> function also varies from office centers, shopping centers, recreation centers, and so on. The construction <br /> <br /> project of Summarecon Office Tower has 34 floors with office functions and four basement floors for parking space. This thesis aims to evaluate the architectural design drawings, designing the geometry of streets near building area, parking space, and the pavement structure and analyze the impact of regional road traffic due to the construction of buildings. <br /> <br /> <br /> In general, the design methodology used in this thesis is to evaluate the architectural design drawings and do calculations and analysis refers to the standard that applies to every design topic. <br /> <br /> <br /> Architectural design drawings which evaluated are horizontal alignment regional roads drawings and <br /> <br /> parking plan. The design of the geometry of the area resulted in seven (7) types of corners with the type <br /> <br /> of corners that are the full-circle but has a radius (R), Ec, and Tc is different, with speed of 10 km/h, and <br /> <br /> the use of signs and markings that are relevant to the road conditions. The parking spaces are evaluated based on the Guidelines for Planning and Operation of Parking Facilities (Director General of Land). Pavement design results indicate a different surface index value for ach condition scenarios. The results of the analysis of the impact of traffic by using MKJI 1997 is the analysis of traffic performance is obtained due to the construction of buildings Summarecon Office Tower, a decline in the index level of service (ITP) on the level of B to C in Bulevar Ahmad Yani II Street, Bulevar Selatan Street and on the level C to D Bulevar Barat Street. In addition, the performance analysis results indicate VCR roundabout roundabout reach 1,217 by the end of the 20th. Recommendations author of the traffic impact analysis is the addition of one lane on Bulevar Ahmad Yani II Street and Bulevar Selatan Street with ITP end of the year plans to B and to C at Boulevard Barat Street.
