| Summary: | Nowadays, infrastructure development projects are emerging in this country, one of those projects is contruction project of Ramayana Head Office. Construction delivery planning is required for any construction project in order to keep the construction works away from any resitance. The purposes of this thesis are to replanning the building’s construction delivery planning which consists of implementation method, scheduling, total resource, and cost estimation. This thesis is done using contractor’s specification documents, bill of quantity, Scurve of the implementing agency, as well as documentation of construction by the contractor. Scheduling is done with the help of software Microsoft Project 2010 and “Buku Pedoman Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan” from PU. Construction method, scheduling, total resource, dan cost estimation are also planned differently from contractor’s planning. The results are construction delivery planning with driven pile using pile driver hydraulic hammer, duration is 432 days, and total cost is Rp69.676.962.670,10. |
