Sanitation service system is the basic needs of human life as it aims to reduce the burden of pollution on water bodies and decided a chain of diseases that caused by pathogen in human excreta. Sanitation service system consists of a toitel, transportation processing wastewater Ciwalengke is one of a slum area with bad sanitation system so need further study to evaluate sanitation service planning system so can give some suggestion about suitable and sustainable sanitation system. Methods used in this study are observation to study area to know sanitation service system, interview to the institutions to know planning and implementation of sanitation service system, spread questionnaire to identification communities characteristics and capacities, and design planning based on social economy condition. The number of sample is 255 family that fixed with probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling. Data is analyzed in deksriptif method. Result showed that in Ciwalengke no planning of the sanitation services system. Personal ownership of toilet still low and the existence of communal toilet not comparable with the number of users. Because of it, need the addition of the amount of communal toilet as many as 8 space for bath, 11 space for wash, and 12 space for latrine. The absence of the wastewater treatment system cause communities throw wastewater to water bodiea directly. Lack of space and communities preferention that selection to use piping sitem, so it selected off-site simplified sewerage system as alternative technology wastewater transportation and stabilization pond as wastewater treatment.
