BOD levels for farm in Cikole is 7090.815 mg / l and COD values of 8571.4286 mg / l, for farm in Dago Atas has BOD level 981.388 mg / l and COD levels 2970.297 mg /l while for farm in Suntenjaya has BOD level 3620,0377 mg/l and COD level 23111,11 mg/l.One way to reduce farm waste entry to the river is to use it as fertilizer. To reduce the entry of farm waste that had high level of BOD and COD to Cikapundung river, it is necessary to implement clean technologies by utilizing farm waste which in this case is solid manure to be used as granule form fertilizer. Granulation process is done by adding adhesive in form of natural adhesive, namely starch and molasses in different variations, 5%, 10% and 15%. Quality check on produced manure conducted on the parameters of Organic C, nitrogen, C / N ratio, phosphate, potassium, pH and moisture content. Organic C levels for all variations lays within the standards, but it has a low nitrogen value which is less than 4%, so the acquired C / N ratio is high , which beyond the standard level. For Phosphate content, these variations indicate a value of 0.61% - 2.36% and for potassium, the levels of all the variation in the range of 0.16% - 2.83%. For the pH content of a whole variety has a neutral pH which lies within range of 6-7. The water content of the entire variation tends to decrease as the amount of adhesive added increased. All variation is associated with Peraturan Menteri Pertanian no 70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011 for pure granular fertilizer. text |
