However, up till now there yet to be any research that maps the development of creative tourism attractions in Bandung at a particular development stage. Meanwhile, such development stages have been stated by Butler (1980) and RIPPARNAS 2010-2025 (PP No. 50 Year 2011). The most important aspect in creative tourism attraction development is to map the life cycle of creative tourism attractions in order to identify the position in which that creative tourism attraction within such process of development and what problems are to be faced in order to grow. This study aims to identify the development stages of creative tourism attractions in Bandung. The method used for this qualitative study uses the Butler Model and RIPPARNAS whilst also collecting data from observations, interviews and secondary data. The creative tourism attractions in Bandung are on average within the stages of initiation, development, and consolidation. One tourism attraction whose development cannot be mapped is Tobucil & Klabs. The creative tourism attraction that is in the stage of initiation is NuArt Sculpture Park. Crayon’s Craft & Co, Elina Keramik and Kampung Wisata Kreatif Dago Pojok are in the stage of development. Batik Komar and Saung Angklung Udjo are in the stage of consolidation, and then C59 is in the stage between development and consolidation. <br /> text
