Location of the study consisted of two (2) locations, market 1 is located in a commercial center of the most crowded shopping locations in the district of Subang, and the second place is the market where traditional markets that have been previously disassembled into open space and now informal traders along the road in the area back into the market. It is known that, the driving factor (push factor) of new markets and spatial <br />
<br />
architectural not match expected traders as near with public transport not guarantee buyer coming. Is required hectic placement strategy, ease of accessibility, the corresponding area of commodities, and the timing of effective trade between agents and retailers. While the pull factors (pull factor) from the old market as a strategic location near residential and shopping, cheap operating costs, free to choose the location of trade. <br />

The proposed recommendation is to eliminate or reduce the pull from the old market by closing stores that sell daily necessities, restore the function of public <br />
<br />
facilities such as parking, sidewalks, road shoulders in accordance with its function. |
