The research aim is to determine geological setting and analyze hydrogeological condition related to infiltration process in the research area. This infiltration study aim to know the final infiltration rate by the influence of lithology and slope. Infiltration rate measurements using single ring infiltrometer. Geomorphologically, this area consists of four units; Karst Citatah Hills Unit, Sasaksaat Pyroclastic Flow Hills Unit, Cipatat Fold Hills Unit, and Cimangsud Fold Hills Unit. Rock units in research area divided into unofficial eight units from oldest to youngest; Claystone Unit (Late Oligocene), layout it conformably Limestone Unit (Late Oligocene – Early Miocene), layout it conformably Sandstone-Claystone 1 Unit (Early Miocene), layout it conformably Breccia Unit (Middle Miocene – Late Miocene), layout it conformably Sandstone-Claystone 2 Unit (Late Miocene). layout it unconformably Tuff-Lapilli Unit (Late Pleistocene) as the result of volcanic activity at that time. Alluvial Deposit aged recent precipitated unconformably layout all of the units. Geology structure in the research location formed trend fault NE – SW and NW – SE and W – E trend fold developed in research area. Based on the results of measurements and calculations, it is indicated that the final infiltration rate is proportional to the slope of the hill. Rock units that have the highest infiltration rate are units of Volcanic Breccia and Tuff-Lapilli (weathered soil) and the smallest infiltration rate are units Limestone and Claystone (weathered soil). The difference in infiltration rate caused by the porosity, permeability, and sortation of the lithology. text
