This building is divided into two that consists of 6 floors and 3 floors. The 6-floored building has a function as the main building while the 3-floored building serves as a supporting building. A clean water need based on the population is 63,300 L/sec. The clean water supply system in the building includes a ground tank with pumping system and a roof tank to distribute water throughout the building by gravity. Clean water source is from municipal water supply (PDAM). Based on the result of calculation, diameter of clean water pipes are around 15-50 mm. Type of pipe that used in the system is galvanized pipe. The wastewater distribution system used a combined system, where gray water and black water flow in one pipeline to the sewage treatment plant (STP) that located outside the building. A loop vent system is used to serves each unit of plumbing fixtures throughout the building. A standard that is worn in planning waste water and vent system is SNI 8153-2015. Based on the result of calculation, diameter of waste water pipes are40-125 mm with a slope of pipe is 2%, meanwhile the diameter of vent pipes are 40-100 mm. Type of pipe that used in the system is PVC pipe. Rainwater drainage systems will be divided by two according to the roof of each building. On the roof, the rainwater will be collected by gutters to roof drains where the downpipes are located, and then finally flow to building drainage system. The fire prevention system consists of hydrant and sprinkler system using wet pipe systems that installed on each floor. The number of hydrants used in building is 9 and sprinkler is 187. Water sources for fire prevention are supplied from PDAM and collected together with clean water in the ground tank. A standard that is worn in planning fire prevention systems are SNI 1745-2000, SNI 03-3989-2000 and NFPA. <br /> <br /> text
