According to Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2015, the amount of people who suffered blood pressure disorder, especially hypertension, was about 9.4% in Indonesia. The treatment form that can be given to the patient is a scheduled blood pressure monitoring. But it constrained by the limitation of access to medical expert, especially in remote area. In this research, we will develop the smart health application in form of digital blood pressure meter that could archiving blood pressure data online. Digital blood pressure meter developed in such a way so it could acquire and send the oscillometry signal from blood pressure measurement to online database system. We used Android OS as user interface that could control blood pressure meter via Bluetooth and give the access to the internet. System design processes consist of hardware and software design. Hardware aspect consist of instrumentation circuit and sensor system design in the device. Software aspect consist of measurement algorithm building, user interface program using Android OS, and database program. From the implementation, the hardware is able to acquire the oscillometry signal properly. In user interface, android application is able to communicate wirelessly with the blood pressure meter via Bluetooth and display the oscillometry data, and the online database is also archiving the data as well. text
