Water that can be utilized by humans should pay attention to quality, quantity and continuity so that required a water treatment and drinking water installation. Ciparay Drinking Water Treatment System (DWTS) PDAM Tirta Raharja serves clean water needs for 6 service areas, such as Ciparay Sub-district, Pacet Sub-District, Bojongsoang Sub-district, Dayeuhkolot Sub-district, Baleendah Sub-district and Rancaekek Sub-district with capacity is 400 L/s that resulting from 3 units of Cikoneng Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The increasing population of Ciparay DWTS services in 2027 resulted an increase in water demand by 664,4 L/s. Ciparay DWTS development considers aspects of increasing the service, land needs and development costs so that alternatives are chosen in the form of addition and modification of WTP design. The Ciparay DWTS development scenario is carried out in 4 stages, which is to increase 100% of the capacity of the existing three WTPs and the development of a new WTP with a capacity of 265 L/s. The first stage is the development of Cikoneng WTP Unit 3 which is one of three WTPs in Ciparay DWTS with a capacity of 150 L/s which has dimensions that tend to be larger than Cikoneng WTP 1 (capacity 200 L/s) and requires evaluation so that it has potential developed first. The development is done by increasing the capacity (uprating) Cikoneng WTP unit 3 by 150 L/s to 300 L/s. The redesign is done by adding height of the coagulation building is 0,8 m and adding 2 compartments on each tub of hexacoidal shaped flocculation with dimensions adjusted to the existing conditions, ie 4,65 m height and 1,8 m hexagonal side length. The cost of designing coagulation and flocculation units is Rp968.150.000,00,-. <br /> <br /> text |
