The R channel showed the best linearity for predicting the stoichiometry ratio from nickel(II)-phenantroline and cobalt(II)-phenantroline. Plot of red intensity against mol ratio of Ni2+/phenantroline reached the maximum value on mol ratio Ni2+/phenantrolin of 1:3, which indicates that Ni2+ and phenantroline form complexes with 6 coordination number (phenantroline is bidentat ligan). Red intensity for the mixture of Co2+ and phenantroline also reached maximum value on mol ratio Co2+/phenantrolin of 1:3. The same mol ratio of M2+/phenantroline for the both complexes were also obtained using spectrophotometry UV-Vis analysis. Based on the result of this research, an online laboratory modules have been created based on smartphone application as a learning companion media for complex material. text |
