Description
Summary:Indonesia is a country rich in natural resources, one of the sectors that make a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy is the mining sector. However, the mining sector is one of the jobs that bring most of accident work. There are many factors that affect the health, safety and environment, this study will look at the physical and psychosocial risk factors. This research was conducted at one of the mines in eastern Indonesia through questionnaires to employees of PT. AAA using factor analysis method to reduce the initial variables into variables that are fewer in number than the initial variable. After obtaining a new variable, will further examined the factors that significantly affect K3L with Poisson regression analysis method and Zero inflated Poisson (ZIP). Physical factors affecting K3L is a risk factor tools and hazardous materials, risk factors for the effect of the use of tools, and environmental factors. Psychosocial factors that influence risk factors K3L that responsibility and risk factors of leadership. However, that significantly affect the risk factors K3L is a risk factor for the effect of the use of tools, environmental factors and factors of leadership.
