The potential of coastal and marine resources is spread across 17,504 islands or that has been standardized as many as 13,466 islands. However, the development and development of small islands is often constrained by the availability of a small amount of water resources. This is due to limited catch of rainfall. One of them occurred in Kampung Laut. Kampung Laut is an artificial island, so it does not have ground water. The results showed that the needs of the villagers of the sea against clean water amounted to 1,378,400 liters / day in 2015-2016. However the amount of water discharge from the parent island is <1,378,400 liters / day. So that the needs of the village community against the water still can not be fulfilled. Therefore, with the design of air condenser product design as an alternative water source, it is expected to help meet the water needs of the community of Kampung Laut text
