The warping of the galactic disk is a bending phenomenon of all galactic disk
components of stars, dust and gases. The flaring of the galactic disk is defined as

the increment of a high-scale disk depend on the galactocentric distance. After
analyzing the change in color excess for OB stars and open clusters, we found that

those phenomenon are occurring in the Milky Way. Area of review is taken in the
range 226o<l<248o and −2.5<b<1.5 . The open cluster selected for this

study are NGC 2447, NGC 2533, Haffner 20 and NGC 2345.

It was found that the color excess OB star in the direction of the star cluster,

increasing with the galactocentric distance. The average maximum color excess

value of OB star is 0.26 at an average maximum distance of 9.22 kpc. Then the
color excess value increases in the open cluster area. The highest color excess is
from the OB star data to the background of open cluster could indicate the

presence of the structure of warping and flaring of the Milky Way.
