After <br /> <br /> <br /> analyzing the change in color excess for OB stars and open clusters, we found that <br /> <br /> <br /> those phenomenon are occurring in the Milky Way. Area of review is taken in the <br /> <br /> <br /> range 226o<l<248o and &#8722;2.5<b<1.5 . The open cluster selected for this <br /> <br /> <br /> study are NGC 2447, NGC 2533, Haffner 20 and NGC 2345. <br /> <br /> <br /> It was found that the color excess OB star in the direction of the star cluster, <br /> <br /> <br /> increasing with the galactocentric distance. The average maximum color excess <br /> <br /> <br /> value of OB star is 0.26 at an average maximum distance of 9.22 kpc. Then the <br /> <br /> <br /> color excess value increases in the open cluster area. The highest color excess is <br /> <br /> <br /> obtained in the direction of NGC 2345 E (J-H)= 0.190, E (B-V)= 0.644, with a <br /> <br /> <br /> distance 10,977 kpc. The color excess of background reaches to E (J-H)= 1.174, E <br /> <br /> <br /> (B-V)= 3.980. Furthermore, when we compared with another direction (of NGC <br /> <br /> <br /> 2533), the highest color excess is E (J-H)= 0.179, E (B-V)= 0.576 at 11,362 kpc, <br /> <br /> <br /> and the color excess background is E (J-H)= 0.699, E (B-V)= 2.369, there is a <br /> <br /> <br /> high difference between these two fields of view.
