Description
Summary:As one of the biggest developer in Indonesia, Summarecon plan to develop Summarecon Bekasi City as a modern compact city, a city with integrated spatial planning. One form of the development is the construction of Summarecon Office Tower. This building used as an office with 34 floors and one roof floor for the upperstructure an reaches a height of 153,1 m.

Summarecon Office Tower construction site has a soft soil condition and high seismic acceleration so that the building has a Seismic Design Category D (SDC D). This building designed to be a earthquake-resistant structure with dual system consisting of Special Moment Frame (SMF) and Special Structural Wall (SSW).

Structural modeling using ETABS 2015 with response spectrum analysis as the earthquake analysis procedure. Modeling and structural analysis based on SNI 1726:2012 and the results for structural period for x direction is 3,547 s and y direction is 3,343 s. The story drift dan irregularities evaluation is fulfilled and P-Delta effect is not counted. Structural element design based on SNI 2847:2013 for beams, columns, slabs, and shearwall. Column and shearwall design using PCACOL to obtain the interaction diagram and the slab design using SAFE 2016.
