The adaptation process reflected by activities to gain knowledge and international network. Company’s activities (behavior) always originated from the company’s mindset. This study aimed to discover the relationhsip between corporate global mindset, adaptation process (internationalization behavior), and performance of IT company in international environment. <br />

The study was conducted on IT companies in Indonesia who have been and/or are working on offshore outsourcing projects. The 5-point Likert questionnaire is used as the measurement instrument. 30 data collected were processed using PLS-SEM. This method is chosen because it can be used if the sample size is small and the data is non-normal. The majority of the data collected comes from micro and small enterprises. <br />

The results shows that there exist a relationship between corporate global mindset, internationalization behavior, and performance. Internationalization behavior positively influenced by corporate global mindset, while internationalization behavior negatively affect performance. Samples, that tend to be homogeneous, shows that the relationship between corporate global mindset, internationalization behavior, and performance occurs in micro and small companies. |
