The Depok, Bekasi and Bogor is known as the <br /> <br /> <br /> buffer zone as intertwined with Jakarta as the center of population activity orientation. Cibubur and surrounding areas experiencing population growth. Many communities Cibubur using private vehicles resulting in the density of vehicles during peak hours, ie morning and afternoon. The volume of the vehicle not by volume, resulting in congestion on the roads almost every road segment. One of the efforts to suppress congestion and reduce the rate of growth of private vehicles continues to grow rapidly in Cibubur and surrounding areas provide the means of mass transportation is convenient, safe, affordable and friendly environment capable of attracting the users of motor vehicles (both cars and motorcycles) is a monorail. <br /> <br /> <br /> The tariff is one of the factors considered by the community in choosing a mode of transportation. Monorail passenger tariffs require consideration of ability <br /> <br /> <br /> (Ability to Pay or ATP) and willingness (Willingness to Pay or WTP) monorail service users for pay money to the services provided. The amount of ATP and WTP values affect the level of consumer service users. Therefore, this study aimed to reviewing the monorail rates based on the analysis of values ATP and WTP of the monorail users Cibubur-Cawang. The method used to analyze ATP is <br /> <br /> <br /> the allocation approach of household budget, while WTP is determined by the perception of monorail users that identified through a questionnaire survey. <br /> <br /> <br /> The results of the analysis of the rates of ATP and WTP indicated that the recommendations given monorail rates based on the analysis of ATP and WTP is range from Rp.14,000; - Rp.18,000;. If the tariff plan will be determined by the monorail operator of Rp.15,000; it is still considered according to ability and willingness of the monorail users, with the proviso endorsed or accompanied by a level of service that prioritizes monorail service timeliness, monorail integration <br /> <br /> <br /> with Buss Rapid Transit and Mass Rapid Transit and ticket purchasing services that can be performed the prospective user with the ticket purchased directly at the station or online purchase internet, etc. text
