Water Treatment Plan (WTP) is planned to be in operation for 20 years (2019-2038), with the development plan in two stages of planning. First stage will serve with discharge 134 liters/sec and additional capacity in second stage to 224 liters/sec. Raw water source for this WTP is Cigunung Agung River and Ciharus River. The reasons for that decision is that the discharge meets the needs of planning, is still not utilized optimally, it’s still less contaminated and it’s located on a high elevation to minimize pump head needed.

WTP planned location in the Jangkurang village because of the area availability and relatively close to the intakes. The processing units planned in the installations are intake, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection. Installation will also be equipped with ancillary buildings, such as chemicals material buildings, backwash water tank, sludge treatment units and office buildings text
