Summary: | <align:"justify">Land as a medium of residence has an important role in supporting human life. This sustainability covers to all human activities including economic activity. This requires causes land to have a value. One of the factors affecting the land value is the location of the land to the economic center or the Central Business District. The influence of the existence of the Central Business District in a region would be affect to around the Central Business District. So this research is aimed to see the influence of Central Business District on Land Value Zone. The influence between the two is calculated by the method of spatial interaction model (gravitation force). The area in this study is Andir Subdistrict, Bandung City, West Java Province with Average Indication Value and Average Indication Value from Central Business District. The selected Central Business District is Bandung Trade Center, Bandung Electronic Center and Festival Citylink. The Land Value Zone and the Central Business District will be modeled with a grid system. The results of this study is that the Central Business District Bandung Electronic Center gives a big influence to the Land Value Zone Andir District show from the result of the resultant. This is due to Bandung Electronic Center is closer to Land Value Zone of Andir District and has a large Average Indication Value than the other Central Business District which is a major component in the calculation of the large interaction of space between the Central Business District With a Land Value Zone.< align:"justify"> |
