Summary: | <p align="justify"> Bathymetric survei is carried out in order to obtain spatial information regarding condition of seabed. In its process, the acquired data must be processed to obtain the desirable information. There are various bathymetric data processing softwares offered in the market, in which each of the software has their own ability and limitation in facilitating the processing sequences. This research has the aim to discover the best software to carry out bathymetric data processing, especially data obtained from Multibeam MBES (MBES). The comparison is done on two softwares, HYPACK 2014 and EIVA NaviSuite. The data processing includes sound velocity profile and tide correction, patch test calibration, cleaning, and map plotting. The display of EIVA NaviSuite is superior due its ability to show 3D Digital Terrain Model (DTM) of the data, allowing user to see directly the effect of each processing done on the data. In cleaning process, EIVA NaviSuite is superior with the automatic cleaning tool which allows user to clean noise in very large dataset, as in MBES data. Overall, EIVA NaviSuite is is easier to use and more efficient in processing MBES data, allowing user to do customization in each of the processing sequences. The final processing result between EIVA NaviSuite and HYPACK 2014 shows mean depth difference of 1.14 meter.<p align="justify"> <br />
