Three dimensionless parameter play role on the velocity behavior of the fluid, namely the Bingham number, a dimensionless permeability and a dimensionless plug width. Relation among them are obtained in terms of an implicit function. Some numerical calculation are explored and it turns out that the higher the permeability is the narrower the plug zone. text
