Each construction project has a project life cycle which characteristics are fragmented into smaller activities whose responsibilities and processes are managed by project delivery. Many studies have concluded that project delivery Design-Build has better performance than Design-Bid-Build (Conventional). To get the most of benefits of the Design-Build project delivery implementation, there are several aspects to be considered: how the project scope information, owner, design builder, relationships between design builders and owner, and legal aspects. One of the projects of DKI Jakarta Government which implement Design-Build is Flyover Pancoran project. This research is intended to see how the implementation of the Design-Build project delivery in the flyover project in DKI Jakarta, as well as to see the benefits achieved and to know the challenges for the implementation of Design Build can run better. In achieving the objectives, what is done in this research is to study the project delivery Design-Build. Then do data retrieval by conducted an interview and conducted a comparison analysis of ideal conditions with existing conditions on the implementation of project delivery Design-Build.<p align="justify">
